How do I determine my size?
The area under the breasts and around the back is called the thorax. This is the area that should be measured for the Body Magic. Whatever the thorax measures, one can either choose that exact size or be a little more aggressive with their weight loss and choose one size smaller. This allows room in the garment to lose more weight. Most people can simply add the number 18 to their dress size and that gives a pretty accurate measurement. For example, if you wear a size 10 dress, you would need a size 28. The sizes range from 24-48. Anything larger can be customized.

I followed the sizing chart but I can't get it on!
There is a specific way to get into the garment. The video on this page details exactly how to do this. Also, the first time the garment is put on, it should be stretched first. One may need someone to help move the fatty tissue around in the abdominal area to help close the hooks. It can take about 10 minutes, but if your thorax is measured correctly, the fat tissue in the abdomen can be moved to fit inside of the garment.

Is it comfortable?
Yes. You can move, bend, stretch, reach, sit and perform regular tasks comfortably in the garment. However, it is tight so that your muscles will be working properly to raise your metabolism. It is recommended to be worn 4-6 hours a day. It can be worn longer, but you should not sleep in it.

Can I work out in it?
